Make The Call!

It would have been a simple thing to post the Preliminary School Budget on the Englewood Public School District Website.

So why are residents required to purchase a copy at the Englewood Public Library?
How many of you have voted yes on the School Budget in the past without ever seeing it. The Law says that they must share it with us...

It is foolhardy and unfair for the Board of Education to expect residents to vote on a School Budget that we have never examined. Break the cycle.

Tell the present Board of Education that these insensitive practices must end. Tell them to post the Proposed Budget on the District Website so those who have Internet access may see it for free. It is our money that is being spent. This way, we may print it out and discuss it with our neighbors. I will see you all at the Board of Education Meeting. I do not work so I will attempt to make both of these dramas.

Let them hear from you.
