    Singapore Math Nights were workshops that were originally planned to help Parents understand the new New Math Program that is being introduced to the district in grades K - 5. If you go to the post for 6/3/2011 there is an indept explanation with links to the Singapore Math Website. There is a history of the evolution of the Singapore Math program. It has a very good reputation. I assume that the Workshops were cancelled, because they were not yet able to hire anyone to oversee the program and conduct the workshops. Thank you for your comments. I will post any information updating us, because there are many parents who need these workshops.

    Las noches de matematicas de Singapore,son talleres que fueron originados para ayudar a los padres a comprender el nuevo programa de matematicas que esta siendo introducido en grados k-5 Si usted va a la publicancion de fecha 6/3/2011 encontrara una explicacion endependiente con conecciones al programa de matematicas Singapore.Este tiene muy buena reputacion,yo asumo que los talleres fueron cancelados,porque ellos no estaban capacitados para emplear a alguien que supervisara el programa y condujera los talleres. Somos muchos los padres que necesitamos estos talleres.por eso debemos saber de que se tratan,como funcionan y cuando son impartidos.
